ABOUT US
Our factory was established in 1998 in Feng Er Industrial Zone, Guxiang, Chao'an District, Chaozhou. We are a modern integrated bathroom factory integrating R&D, production, sales, and service. Covering an area of 30,000 square meters. There are two shuttle kilns and one tunnel kiln, with approximately 200 employees.
Also, we have an outstanding product design team that develops products independently. Since 2020, the company has invested heavily in introducing advanced production equipment: high-pressure moulding lines and semi-automatic glaze spraying tables, with an annual output of up to 500,000 pieces, truly maximizing the output and quality level. Since our establishment, after years of unremitting efforts, the company has obtained ISO certification, CE certification, and Watermark certification.
Most of our products are exported to Europe, Australia, and other parts of the world. We show our sincerity to our customers by producing every single qualified product with strict quality control, a high-pressure grouting production line, and pursuing excellence.

1. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory in Chaozhou, Guangdong, China.
2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is in Feng'er Industrial Zone, Guxiang Town, Chaoan County, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, China. About 1 hour from Chaoshan Airport. We warmly welcome you to visit us!
3. Q: What's your MOQ for each mould?
A: We don't have a MOQ requirement for black or white color. That means if you require one piece for each of our moulds in white or black color. Yes, we can make that.
4. Q: Can I buy 1 piece for our house or showroom?
A: Yes, we welcome your order in any quantity. But if you buy one piece, we must ship it by DHL, FedEx, or UPS. The freight cost is too expensive.
5. Q: Can you do our design?
A: Yes, welcome. We are a professional manufacturer of toilets.
6. Q: Why couldn't you do your toilet in around $20~ $30?
A: I'm sorry that our goods are based on German (AAA) quality, they can be used in a 5-star hotel or a more top-class place. So it's very hard for us to do a cheap price with normal quality.
7. Q: Is your toilet a water-saving toilet?
A: Our toilets are also equipped with two buttons, allowing users to adjust the flushing capacity according to different needs, thus saving water more effectively. Most of our toilets are 3 or 6 liters, and some of them are 3 or 4.5 liters and meet the Australian Standard.
8. Q: How to maintain a ceramic toilet during daily life?
A: It should be cleaned regularly with a neutral detergent. Do not clean with acidic or alkaline corrosive chemicals to avoid damaging the surface and internal structure of the ceramic. You can also use a dedicated toilet cleaner regularly and clean it with a brush. For stubborn dirt that is hard to remove, a mixture of vinegar and baking soda can be used for treatment.
