A: We are a factory in Chaozhou, Guangdong, China.
2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is in Feng'er Industrial Zone, Guxiang Town, Chaoan County, Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, China. About 1 hour from Chaoshan Airport. We warmly welcome you to visit us!
3. Q: Can I buy 1 piece for our house or showroom?
A: Yes, we welcome your order in any quantity. But if you buy one piece, we must ship it by DHL, FedEx, or UPS. The freight cost is too expensive.
4. Q: Can you do our design?
A: Yes, welcome. We are a professional manufacturer of toilets.
5. Q: Why couldn't you do your toilet in around $20~ $30?
A: I'm sorry that our goods are based on German (AAA) quality, they can be used in a 5-star hotel or a more top-class place. So it's very hard for us to do a cheap price with normal quality.
6. Q: Do I need to purchase any additional parts when I place my order?
A: No, all the needed standard fittings are involved with the toilet, please confirm with our seller people to check the packing list.
7. Q: Is your toilet is water-saving toilet?
A: Our toilets are also equipped with two buttons, allowing users to adjust the flushing capacity according to different needs, thus saving water more effectively. Most of our toilets are 3 / 6 liters, and some of them are 3 / 4.5 liters and pass Australia Standard.
8. Q: How to maintain a ceramic toilet during daily life?
A: It should be cleaned regularly with a neutral detergent. Do not clean with acidic or alkaline corrosive chemicals to avoid damaging the surface and internal structure of the ceramic. You can also use a dedicated toilet cleaner regularly and clean it with a brush. For stubborn dirt that is hard to remove, a mixture of vinegar and baking soda can be used for treatment.
